Citizens in Mesa are recalling City Councilwoman Julie Spilsbury in part because she voted to allow men in girl's sports, bathrooms, locker rooms, and domestic violence shelters. If a citizen or business violates this ordinance by protecting women-only spaces,  Julie voted to fine them $2500 for each occurrence. The only way to reverse this and save Mesa's girls is to recall Julie Spilsbury and give voters a chance to elect someone who represents our values.
